Kim, along with her husband and four children have called NE Florida home for more than 30 years. After graduating from the University of Florida, Kim pursued a career in Human Resource Management where she enjoyed the fast paced, people oriented environment. When her husband retired from his career in Naval Aviation, they decided to stay in NE Florida to raise their children and enjoy an outdoor lifestyle. Tennis, fishing, golf, soccer, disc golf, boating, scalloping, swimming with manatees, camping - you name it and the Loferski Family has probably done it. Yes - they have even tried Goat Yoga!

Kim grew up around real estate, having a mother in the business for over 45 years, so she did not take her career choice lightly when she decided to focus on helping others make one of the bigger decisions they make in life.

Kim is keenly aware of the emotions involved in relocating a family and just how important it is to find the right home in the right community. Whether are moving a mile down the road or across the country; whether your priorities are the perfect schools for your children, or taking care of Mom and Dad, your first move or your 10th move, because you want to move or sometimes, because you have to, Kim will work tirelessly to help you meet your objectives.

Selling? Kim understands what it takes to get a home sold in any market. She is not afraid to make the recommendations necessary to show case your homes' strengths and will use her extensive marketing and digital media background to get your home the exposure it deserves. 

When not helping her customers, Kim and her family are typically found enjoying NE Florida's wonderful weather and water ways or fantastic restaurants and concerts.
